Tasty News: Britain’s James Corden to replace Ferguson on ‘The Late Late Show’

When Craig Ferguson announced he would be stepping down as host of The Late Late Show in April Hollywood was abuzz with who they thought might replace the beloved Scottish-born entertainer. Well, it appears we will be charmed but yet another vivacious male performer from the United Kingdom. According to The Wrap, the Gavin and Stacey star, JAMES CORDEN, will be officially announced by CBS soon. Corden is quite celebrated in Britain and has serious acting and Broadway chops, having won both a BAFTA and a Tony. You may recognize him from his appearances on Dr. Who, Little Britain, and many British talk and game shows. We find that he’s fully qualified to fill Ferguson’s shoes just based on this sketch he did for Comic Relief with footballer David Beckham a while back. Congrats!
