Quick Dish NY: Romance, Science & Comedy with THE SCIENTISTS 5.2 at BRIC Arts

Craving some palatable science in your life! The wait is over! Tuesday, May 2nd Blythe Roberson and Madelyn Freed bring you THE SCIENTISTS. So I’ll see real scientists at a comedy show? YES! Every month your incredibly logical hosts talk about an interesting scientific topic and interview an actual scientific authority about said topic. Why would I laugh at that? Ah, we’re getting to that. This May the scientist is Dr. Helen Fisher, Chief Scientific Advisor at Match.com and, SURPRISE, she will be bringing one lucky audience the hard facts behind romantic compatibility. What’s not funny about ROMANCE? Did I mention comedy relief is also provided by some entertaining guests? The May lineup will include:

Dylan Marron (Welcome To Night Vale)
Elna Baker (This American Life)
Patti Harrison (Seriously.TV)
Alex Song (Tonight Show)

The next installment of The Scientists will take place at BRIC Arts & Media House in Brooklyn, if that’s alright with you. Don’t miss out on this chance to expand your mind and exercise those laugh muscles.
