Consider this a friendly reminder that the brand spankin’ new animated series Rick and Morty begins it’s run on Cartoon Network’s Adult Swim today. The series is the brainchild of Community creator Dan Harmon and Justin Roiland (voice of Rick & Morty). Rick and Morty is based off Roiland’s Channel 101 shorts The Real Animated Adventures of Doc and Mharti. It is no coincidence that animated duo bear close resemblance to the Back to the Future characters Emmett Brown and Marty Mcfly (as well as other sci fi favorites). You will not want to pause one second as you follow Rick and his somewhat loopy scientist grandfather Morty on their retroscripted adventures.
