Quick Dish NY: MARISSA and FELIPE’S DIVINE COMEDY is Back 7.13 at The Brick

How my cat can log me out of Twitter just by walking across the keyboard still confounds me. Anyhoo! I may not be getting any words out of my feline any time soon, but at Marissa and Felipe’s Divine Comedy (An Animated Epic) there will be plenty of chit chatting with cartoon friends. The live animated comedy show where comedians/animators talk to cartoon characters is back AGAIN at the Brick, presented by Brooklyn Comedy Collective. Marissa Goldman and Felipe Di Poi will answer that age old question: “what is the meaning of laughter?” And how exactly will they answer it? With a mix of live performance, animation, and characters voiced by Caroline Doyle, Will Niedmann, and Caroline Yost. Follow Marissa and Felipe into a variety of “strange and cruel worlds” to find purpose in comedy, featuring performances from

Lucy Randall
the Three Busy Debras &
Ike Ufomadu

Comedy goals achieved. Questions answered. GO!

Mentions: Show 11pm. $5. The Brick is located at 579 Metropolitan Ave, New York, New York 11211.
