LAUGH EXCHANGE is where comedy and technology combine for the entertainment of the masses. This October you can have a cool short-form comedy competition in your eager, swipe-happy hands. The Laugh Exchange app will allow creators to submit material for themed episodes and the top eight contestants will compete for prize money on the streaming show, airing three nights a week. Winners will, you guessed it, be chosen by an interactive audience vote. In addition, ALL creators who submit will be able to have their material featured on the app and share their submissions to other social channels. And if that wasn’t exciting enough, AUDIENCE MEMBERS can make money by simply watching and voting. See, everybody wins!
If you want a preview of what the app is all about, come out to LAUGH EXCHANGE LIVE at Littlefield where your favorite comics will help introduce comedy fans and performers to the game-changing new mobile comedy app. Following a pre-show red carpet with photos by Jenni Walkowiak, host Carolyn Castiglia will be joined by co-hosts from the Laugh Exchange roster to introduce a live contest version of the app, with 48 COMICS doing 1 minutes sets, following 6 different themes throughout.
