The Ladies Who Ranch is “a powerhouse group of alternative female comedians who swap typical setup / punchline material for thoughtful, character-driven bits that range from deranged to demented to delightful.” This month the sketch show features an opening set by Sara Hennessey, who just performed at the Just For Laughs festival, don’t you know. She will be joined at the Brooklyn Comedy Collective by your resident ranch ladies Kelly Cooper, Caitlin Dullea, Rachel Kaly, Maya Sharma, Caroline Yost and Sophie Zucker, who will once again be bringing you brand-new bits, sketches, and, of course, songs. Some of their past comedic bits have included an angry Ellen Degeneres impression, a woman saddened by her flat face, lesbian Sandy from Grease, and a girl jailed for being too hot.
