Video Licks: Fresh Face Sasheer Zamata Makes a Strong SNL Debut

If you caught Saturday Night Live this past weekend you might have noticed a new face gracing the SNL stage. Sasheer Zamata is the first African American cast member to perform since Maya Rudolph left the show in 2007. The Upright Citizens Brigade alum took charge of her new role breezing through skits and adding a bit of her own flare to the mix. The newcomer got her hands dirty playing Rihanna

and showed off some dance and voice skills alongside Drake in my favorite piece of the night, Resolution Revolution. Watch and Enjoy!

Mentions: Watch Saturday Night Live Saturdays 11:30/10:30C on NBC.
