THE MADS are back Tuesday, August 10th with another live riffing session of some cinematic fool’s gold. This time the Mystery Science Theater 3000 stars Trace Beaulieu and Frank Conniff (“Dr. Clayton Forrester” and “TV’s Frank”) will take on the 1965 horror/beach party sci-fi flick THE BEACH GIRLS AND THE MONSTER! This gem worth dissecting has a little of everything, including surfing, science and “a genetically mutated carnivorous South American “fantigua fish”! You know, that creature you’d normally find at a Californian beach. This event will also include a post-show Q&A with Frank and Trace, plus very special guest The Daily Show‘s co-creator Lizz Winstead!
