Los Angeles is teeming with art galleries and art shows (and comedy shows in art galleries). It’s hard to stand out from the crowd which is why I’m especially happy this show is getting a helping hand from a comedy community personality. Kristen Schaal, who you probably know from her comedic works like The Last Man on Earth, Bob’s Burgers, BoJack Horseman, Wilfred, 30 Rock, Flight of The Conchords, and on and on, has curated an art exhibit happening this Saturday at Co-Lab Gallery. What you may not know is the comedian and actress has been dipping her pen in several artsy mediums for years. In her travels she has met many an artist not fully valued for their awesome creations. Thankfully, the Co-Lab Gallery is giving Schaal An Audience & A Deadline October 8th to display some finely curated works. Artists include:
