I have fond memories of going to the circus as a kid, but besides Cirq, where’s an adult to get a modern big top fix these days? I’ll tell you where! At Scot Nery’s BOOBIE TRAP! The show has been running for 112 consecutive weeks and just had it’s final show at Club Fais Do-Do this month. Starting June 28th, you will be able to see the circus and variety of BOOBIE TRAP on Hollywood Blvd. Per Scot himself, “We can’t wait for audiences to see aerial acrobats dangle from the ceiling and knives fly across the stage in this beautiful venue!” The show began in Echo Park, moved to Club Fais Do Do in mid-city, and will now call Hollywood Boulevard it’s new home. Besides the world champion knife throwers, Cirque du Soleil aerialists (like the Steben Sisters), sword swallowers, musicians (like Kate Flannery from The Office), and Guinness-Record-holding hula hoopers, you can see standup comedy, kids. The show features fifteen 4-minutes acts introduced by your spirited host Scot Nery and lit up by house band Fire Leopard. Don’t miss out on this eclectic event!
