Josh Gondelman’s new book Nice Try: Stories of Best Intentions and Mixed Results is a collection of funny and thoughtful essays by the most the beloved comedian, where he recounts “the calamities, embarrassments, and eventual triumphs that have come from trying to do the right thing.” It’s not easy being the sweetheart of the comedy world, kids.
