In Pixar’s Inside Out, the protagonist is an 11-year old girl named Riley who must use her emotions as a guide when she faces the life-changing event of moving to San Francisco. A harrowing ordeal indeed! Writer/director Shirin Najafi debuts a parody of that film where we view the child’s situation through a depression commercial. Enjoy Pixar Depression! And just suck it up, girl! Things could be a lot worse.
