Tasty News: Comedy Dynamics Releases ‘Dr. Katz Live’ October 21
That’s right, kids! The recorded stage performance of your favorite animated therapy sitcom will be available to all in less than a week. Dr. Katz Live was staged in San Francisco with an amazing cast that included Jonathan Katz (as Dr. Katz), Laura Silverman (as Dr. Katz’s receptionist), Jon Benjamin (as his goldbrick son), Tom Snyder (as Dr. Katz’s personal therapist) and BJ Novak, Eugene Mirman, and Andy Kindler (as guest star patients). You may recall Dr. Katz, Professional Therapist won a Peabody Award during it’s six season run on Comedy Central and Jonathan Katz was awarded an Emmy for his voice-over work on the show. Dr. Katz Live will be released via digital audio on iTunes, Amazon, and other digital retailers on Tuesday, October 21st via Comedy Dynamics.
