In less than a week, HOFF’S HORRORFEST returns to the Caveat NYC stage with Universal Pictures’ original “The Invisible Man” Monday October 13! As always, the 2025 screening will be full of brand new comedy segments, games, and spooky surprises.
In the grand tradition of Elvira and Dr. Shock, the Hoff’s Horrorfest scream team brings you a full screening of the Claude Rains‘ masterpiece “The Invisible Man,” in which Dr. Jack Griffin (played by Rains) stumbles on a potion which can make him invisible. Convenient! When his ability is revealed to his old mentor (Henry Travers) and his fiancée (Gloria Stuart), it’s infinitely clear that a side effect of the potion is INSANITY. Jack goes on a violent rampage, and, well, shenanigans ensue in the hunt and potential capture of this inconspicuous madman!
