Critically acclaimed variety show ENTERTAINING JULIA is taking root at the very unpretentious Akbar bar in Los Angeles this Sunday, February 5th. The comedy/variety show has been running for almost 9 years and was started back in ’07 by Jena Freidman, former field producer for The Daily Show with Jon Stewart. The Puterbaugh Sisters, Danielle & Tiffany Puterbaugh, took the reigns in it’s hometown of Chicago and have been presenting the best in local stand-up alongside alt performances of sketch, improv, burlesque, music, performances art and more in the windy city and beyond. Beth Stelling joins The Puterbaugh Sisters at Akbar as co-host every first Sunday of the month. This weekend the guests will include:
