This is, hands down, my favorite cold open of the season. CONAN welcomed the cast of Orange is the New Black and started things off with some hair management. Watch Laverne Cox (who plays Sophia) hand over some coiffure advise in character. You won’t believe what she does to Andy. Enjoy!
