Quick Dish LA: BRIAN BAHE “Reading From My Phone” Event 3.8 at Carolines on Broadway

Carolines on Broadway’s Breakout Artist Comedy Series is presenting the best and brightest emerging stand-up comedians in their very own headlining shows. Consider these comedians that are currently working diligently at their trade, perfecting those sets to go onto becoming the mega stars of the future. Next Tuesday, March 8th, you will be treated to a performance by “indigenous (enrolled member of the Tohono O’odham Nation, and a member of the Hopi and Navajo Nation), gay (vers bottom) comedian, writer, and turquoise jewelry model originally from Phoenix, Arizona, now based in New York City,” BRIAN BAHE. The comic will be delivering a rare, one-hour (~ 53 minutes) show called READING FROM MY PHONE featuring “standup, slides, and songs (jk) about his phone and all the dumb, wholesome, horny, stupid, crazy, sexy, cool things in it.” We can only imagine (until we purchase those tickets, of course)! Joining Brian will be special guests

Milly Tamarez

Melissa Rich

and Justin Covington!

Brian’s writing has appeared in McSweeney’s. He’s been featured in NPR, Vulture, and The LA Times AND he was one of IllumiNative’s “25 Native American Comedians to Follow in 2020.” By the way, Brian’s also taped a standup set for Comedy Central Digital which will be released later this year!
