Are you ready to get GOOFY, kids? I sure hope so because things are about to get super silly with this multimedia variety bonanza. Come join in the fun at Brooklyn Comedy Collective’s new theatre at Cantina Royal Saturday, November 23rd. You host Thomas Frances will be offering up comedy, music and dance adventures featuring fake commercials, the classic Goof-Off (a freestyle battle but between comedians being as goofy as possible), the “GOOF Troupe” TF compiled team of completely bonkers improvisers, and so much more. So how off-the-wall a show are we talking here? Goofy, which premiered in 2018, has featured Frances taking liberties with this unique variety-filled event, such as taking the entire audience outside to the street for a walking tour of the neighborhood. You know, totally fresh stuff like that. I hear that for the first show at this new space, Frances will use screen space to it’s FULLY OPERATIONAL potential. Yes, there will be THREE projectors covering every bit of available wall space, to create a fully immersive experience. The skies the limit, folks. Be there to soak it ALL in!
