This Friday comedian ANDREW MAYER’S sophmore stand-up album Having A Nice Time drops via the Blonde Medicine record label. Lucky for you on this fine 4/20 day, we have the exclusive premiere of one hilarious track from the album. Mayer’s very funny debut album, Nonsense, was released in 2015, but the NEW album get more introspective, focusing on “more personal topics, like love, his social anxieties, and past regrets.” We relate to ALL that! Having a Nice Time was recorded in January of 2020 at The Comedy Studio in Somerville, Massachusetts, just before the world changed completely. In this track, enjoy some of that happier time as Andrew jokes about one particular pet that definitely doesn’t like you or any other human in the world. So what’s Andrew’s proof for a bold theory that only dogs like people? The open door test! YOU KNOW the only pet staying back with his pal is that adoring pooch. OK, there may be a snake-sized hole in this theory but, that doesn’t mean the joke ride isn’t still super enjoyable. Enjoy Oh No! Snakes!!
