Enter the world of Mystery Science Theater 3000 stars Trace Beaulieu and Frank Conniff (“Dr. Clayton Forrester” and “TV’s Frank”) Tuesday, November 8th as they brings you a special livestream event. The Mads will present an ALL-NEW live-riff on the 1940 Bela Lugosi classic THE DEVIL BAT. In the film the Hungarian thespian plays Dr. Paul Carruthers, a chemist and physician in the town of Heathville. The doctor is offered a sweet bonus from his employers for contributions to the company, however that’s small beans compared to what he has earned the company from his work. You can see where it might go from here. The doctor, of course, seek revenge and devises a system where ordinary bats are made gigantic and further trained using a special aftershave. Hmmm, wonder who will be receiving the “test” product? I think you know! OK, this may be going off the rails, but you won’t wanna miss a single minute.
