MARIA DeCOTIS is a NYC-based stand-up, writer, and actor, who garnered millions of views and global notoriety for her iconic lip-syncs during the pandemic. Her credits include opening for Mike Birbiglia on Broadway, HBO Women in Comedy Festival, Comedy Central, and the New York Comedy Festival. With her formal training in theatre (BFA in Acting from Boston University), Commedia dell”arte (Accademia dell”Arte), and comedy (UCB), Maria brings a dynamic and cosmic energy to her performances. This Thursday, July 13th you can see that talent in person as Maria brings EMOTIONALLY UNREASONABLE to Union Hall. The hour of stand-up and musical comedy highlights Maria’s experience as a professional wedding officiant. The show features the comedian exploring power imbalances, s*x robots, turning 30, and her unique perspective on relationships.
