This Friday, July 25th at Lyric Hyperion, join Burn This Records, owned by comedian, podcaster, and producer Brandie Posey (Picture This!, Lady to Lady), for a showcase where Posey will be joined by 12 other comedians. Since a smattering of th comics are in town for @vanswarpedtour Long Beach, they decided to get the whole group together & record it for posterity. Neat! Burn This Records was founded in 2023 by Brandie Posey to create equity among artists by aiding in the production and distribution of comedy albums written and performed by some of the most original, hilarious voices you have or haven’t heard of yet. You can find long form interviews with each comic to accompany their album release on Burn This Podcast. In addition to full length albums, Burn This Records also produces the “Burn This” compilation series, where 20+ comedians come together on the same topic and “burn” their jokes for charity.
