Try to say this fast three times, Comedy Central’s Night of Too Many Stars: America Comes Together For Autism. Ok, that was difficult, but watching your favorite comedic celebs support a worthy cause March 8th will not be. Your host for this star-studded evening will be The Daily Show’s Jon Stewart. He will be joined by talent like Bill Burr, Louis C.K., Larry David, Jon Hamm, John Oliver, Paul Rudd, Amy Schumer, Martin Short, Larry Wilmore and, gosh, I don’t think you need much more than that (but they’ll be more). You will see live performances, sketches and short films from a growing fleet of comedy all-stars. The special tapes at the Beacon Theatre in NYC Saturday, February 28 and airs on Comedy Central Sunday, March 8. Viewers will be able to call in during the airing to donate to the New York Collaborates for Autism while speaking with comedic and familiar celebrities of note. Larry David, Martin Short and Larry Wilmore will be some of the stars manning the phone bank. I can’t even imagine! Since 2006, Night of Too Many Stars has raised over $18 million and it gave almost $4 million in grants to 50 programs in 20 states in 2012. Mark your calendars now to be a part of this outstanding event!
