Let’s face it, it hard to get motivated to exercise. There are a multitude of excuses not to. “I’ll never be an Olympian,” “it’s too hot,” “Chub rub lotion is wearing off again” are just some I can think of off the top of my head. Thankfully, there are two headband-wearing women who are ready to get out there in the fresh air and take the calorie burning plunge. There’s only one obstacle these ladies must overcome – dairy!
