If you are not watching Doug Benson’s The High Court on Comedy Central, you need to get on the ball PRONTO! The first week of the show has been a purely intoxicating giggle fest. Just imagine the very high and honorary judge Doug Benson (Super High Me, Best Week Ever, Doug Loves Movies) putting his Judge Judy thinking cap on to deliberate real life small claims cases before your very eyes. The cases include a guest comedic bailiff each episode to add even more comedy relief, even though the whole show is a vacation from the insanity that is real life. Each show includes a segment where the bailiff and judge have a little deliberation moment in chambers to discuss the case at hand. My favorite super stoned deliberation roundtable of the week came during a payday loan case where we enjoyed an amazing story Doug Benson tells guest bailiff Geoff Tate about a wink he received from an American film legend.
