Happy First Day of Spring, kids (even though it doesn’t look remotely spring like yet)! You know you don’t always need a special day to celebrate being alive, but sometimes it helps. If you are in Portland, Oregon April 15th you can get high on comedy at Weeding Out The Stoned: The Game Show of Sobriety Tests. Imagine 16 comedians on stage but only one of them is NOT stoned. How will you ever “weed” out the Waldo of the bunch? With sobriety test games, of course! Your host, “officer” Alex Grubard administers said tests, taking audience testimony and asking trivia questions of Portland’s best drug-compromised comics. This show originated during Give Dollar comedy Week at Good Good Comedy Theatre in Philly. It has been selling shows along it’s path to Portland, and with your help, will sell out Helium Comedy Club.
