Quick Dish Quarantine: THE MADS Live-Riff The 1961 Crime Film “The Choppers” 2.9 Online

Coming to a couch near you Tuesday, February 9th, The Mads (MST3K stars Trace Beaulieu and Frank Conniff) will be live-riffing the 1961 “teensploitation” crime flick The Choppers starring Arch Hall Jr.. This is totally unrelated to anything in the Arnold Schwarzenegger library of films. The Choppers is about a gang of teenage greasers who terrorize a small community with their thieving ways. It’s up to the fuzz and an insurance company investigator break up this gang of hooligans. The livestream event will donate a portion of the proceeds to Friends In Need Food Shelf in Minneapolis. The show will be followed by a Q&A with Trace, Frank and one very special guest, yet to be announced. Those who can’t tune in live, can still re-watch and download the show if you purchase a ticket before showtime. Hurray! Details below.

Mentions: Show 8pm EST. Purchase tickets HERE. The show will broadcast via a private YouTube link which will be sent to ticket holders an hour prior to showtime.
