Video Licks: Platonic Love Knows No Bounds in The Genuinely Funny Series “Joined at the Nip”

feminist comedy

We love when we are totally shaken from of our comedy watching doldrums with something new and fantastic. The sweet, feminist web series Joined at the Nip features the creative team of Suzanne Lenz and Desi Domo who consistently deliver belly tickling laughs in this absurdist comedy. The series tells the tale of two woman “a cockeyed optimist and an excitable agoraphobe” who are careful never to tear asunder their deep platonic love. I love everything about this series and you will too. Enjoy the latest episode where we find one of our heroines braving the dating scene. OK fine, she stayed in the whole time with the only male she ever sees on a regular basis, the mailman. Enjoy No Nose to the Brownstone!

Desi Domo is a UCB-trained comedian, actor and writer who performs sketch comedy as a member of UCB’s Maude Team Choir. You can see her perform improv weekly in Blank! The Musical!, acting in the Cannes Film Festival short film Leah’s One Step Guide To Forget Emily, and the blockbusters The Conjuring and Ricki and the Flash, directed by Jonathan Demme. Suzanne Lenz acts and sings in Brooklyn, NY and has had role in Ricki and the Flash, Obvious Child directed by Gillian Robespierre), and NBC’s Blindspot.
